About

me

As a registered architect with over six years of experience in the industry, I am deeply passionate about design and thrive on building strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. In my most recent position as a director of a design studio, I successfully managed a team of four, showcasing my ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment while overseeing the entire project lifecycle. I am hopeful that my next position will provide further opportunities to utilise my creative skillset and expertise, and expand upon my capacity as a leader.

my work

Butterfly Effect:

an inspiring space for a retiring couple, which shrinks and grows with visiting family.

California Dreamin':

reinvigorating a tired California Bungalow with a contemporary nod to the original home.

My approach to design centres around simplicity without being simplistic. Rigour and painstaking attention to detail are used to create pure and harmonious spaces, providing a beautiful backdrop for the life within it.

Oblique House:

embracing the challenges of a difficult suburban site as opportunities for a unique design.

The Ridge:

making the most of a small building footprint with spectacular views to the front and rear of the property.

Serve & Valley:

employing void space to introduce natural light and splendour into a south-facing home within an old tennis court.

Everything House:

striving to retain domestic sensibility in an expansive family home encapsulating every feature imaginable.

Siheyuan Splendour:

embracing the principals of traditional Chinese courtyard living for a modern, multi-generational household.

Crinkle House:

crafting a dynamic roof form to draw the eye out to views across the property, while connecting two separate bedroom wings.

Astra Early Learning Centre, Narre Warren South:

capturing the imagination of children and parents alike with a bright and light-filled early learning space.

Little Saints Early Learning Centre, Warragul:

striking a balance between function and budget while inspiring young minds with a contemporary design aesthetic.

Stonehenge:

utilising concrete panels to obscure sight lines from neighbouring properties, and direct views towards the valley.

Murray House:

a mixed use development incorporating a medical centre and penthouse apartments at the heart of a rapidly transforming suburb.

Verde Apartments:

a bright and leafy apartment complex dedicated to vibrant living conditions and social interaction.

Aquila Audax:

drawing inspiration from the wedge-tailed eagle, spreading its wings across family living and outdoor entertaining spaces.

I’m passionate about working closely with clients to create a building that surpasses their imagination. There’s something special about sharing in a dream, forging meaningful connections, and employing distinct architectural skills to transform those visions into tangible realities.

The Lakehouse:

designing for wheelchair accessibility and quiet afternoon wines overlooking Lake Nagambie.

Jay's Yogurt, Richmond:

designing a fresh and clean fit out with splashes of colour to reflect the fun and tasty treats on offer.

JimmyRum Distillery, Dromana:

embracing the industrial nature of the distilling process for a simple yet effective fit out, with making on full display.

Paradise House:

making every day a holiday for the owners and guests of a sprawling acreage property.
